Updates to Changes in ESSA Fiscal Rules

Course Description: The Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) significantly changes many of the Title I, A fiscal rules, which have been further clarified since the release of the ESSA Title 1 fiscal guidance in November 2016.  Therefore, States and school districts must be prepared on how these changes will be implemented.  This webinar will provide updates and an overview of the changes to ranking and serving requirements, state and LEA-level set-asides, maintenance of effort (MOE),  supplement not supplant (SNS), equitable services and will review the comparability requirements. Attendees will also learn about the status of the U.S. Department of Education regulations on any of these topics and will be provided advice on how to address transition.
