Course Description: The Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) significantly altered many of the Title I, A fiscal rules. Since its passage, the ESSA guidance interpreting the law keeps changing as well.  So how do States and districts ensure their costs are allowable?  This webinar will focus on ensuring costs are allowable while covering the major fiscal requirements including ranking and serving requirements, state and LEA-level set-asides, maintenance of effort (MOE), supplement not supplant (SNS), equitable services and per-pupil expenditure reporting.
