    • On July 1, 2017 the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) went into effect.  This pre-session will review all major compliance sections, including the new and changed legal requirements, and discuss updates to the ESSA law with examples on allowability under EDGAR.

    • This pre-session will provide an overall review of the grants administrative requirements and the impact of audits and audit resolution on Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR) and the Uniform Grant Guidance (UGG).
