Megan Passafaro joined Brustein & Manasevit, PLLC in August 2016. Ms. Passafaro assists clients with federal grants management and various education programs, including the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act, Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Passafaro worked as a Law Fellow in the Office of the General Counsel at Tulane University. During law school Ms. Passafaro served as Director of the Tulane University Legal Assistance Program and interned with the United States District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana.
Ms. Passafaro graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in May 2011 and graduated cum laude from Tulane University Law School in 2014. Ms. Passafaro is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and Massachusetts.
