OMB Circular A-87 and A-122: Allowable Costs

In order to ensure all expenditures of federal grants are allowable State and local educational agencies and Non-Profit Organization must fully understand the requirements under OMB Circular A-87 and/or OMB Circular A-122. Learn how to determine whether a cost is allowable, including an analysis of the specific items of cost, whether a cost if necessary, reasonable, and allocable and about the required documentation!
