Natasha Quiroga joined Brustein & Manasevit in November 2009. Ms. Quiroga assists her clients with various federal education programs, including the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, focusing on Title I and Title III, and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Quiroga served as Executive Director of Escuela Bolivia, a non-profit organization empowering immigrant families through educational programs such as a Spanish school for children, an adult English as a Second Language program, parent involvement activities, and youth leadership programs. During law school, Ms. Quiroga was a Legal Intern for the American Bar Association Center on Children and the Law and interned at Defense for Children International in Bolivia.
Ms. Quiroga graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts in April 2001. Ms. Quiroga received her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law in May 2007 and her MA in International Politics from American University School of International Service. Ms. Quiroga is a member of the New York bar and is currently being supervised by members of the Bar of the District of Columbia.
