Bonnie J. Little joined Brustein & Manasevit in November 2009. Ms. Little assists her clients with various federal education matters, including the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and the No Child Left Behind Act. Ms. Little also assists clients with federal grants management.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Little worked as an associate at a corporate firm in Charlotte, North Carolina, primarily representing nonprofit organizations in each step of their formation, including incorporation, state and federal tax exemptions, corporate governance and board fiduciary duties, and with other licensing, operational and compliance issues. Ms. Little also volunteered as a Guardian ad Litem.
